Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you download or play a game made by OlynaD Games, a game studio based in Lviv, Ukraine. Installing or playing a game means you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't install the games.

The store you downloaded from — Google Play or the Apple App Store — has its own terms that apply alongside these.

2. Your licence to play

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial enjoyment.

You may not:

• Copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the games
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble them, except where law expressly allows it
• Modify the games or use cheats, bots, or tools that alter normal gameplay
• Remove or obscure any copyright or ownership notices

Streaming, recording, and video coverage of the games is welcome, including monetised videos on platforms like YouTube and Twitch.

3. Ownership

The games, and everything in them — code, artwork, music, characters, names, and the OlynaD Games name and logo — remain the property of OlynaD Games and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.

4. Purchases and refunds

Any purchase is processed by the store you downloaded from, not by OlynaD Games. We never see or handle your payment details.

Refunds follow that store's policy: Google Play order history or reportaproblem.apple.com. Virtual items have no real-world value and can't be exchanged for money.

5. Advertising

The games are free and supported by advertising. Ad content comes from third-party networks and is not created or endorsed by OlynaD Games. How ad data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Updates and availability

Games are updated from time to time to fix bugs, add content, or meet platform requirements. Features may change or be removed, and a game may be withdrawn from a store — indefinite availability can't be promised.

Progress is stored on your device. Uninstalling a game, or losing the device, means losing that progress; OlynaD Games cannot recover it.

7. No warranty

The games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain warranties to be excluded, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OlynaD Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the games, including lost progress or lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the game in the twelve months before the claim — which for a free game is zero.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that can't lawfully be limited. If you're a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

9. Ending this agreement

You can end it at any time by uninstalling the games. The licence in section 2 may be terminated if you materially breach these terms; sections 3, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you're a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the games change. Updates are posted on this page with a new "last updated" date, and continuing to play after a change means accepting the revised terms.
